Supreme Court: No Review in Abigail Alliance

Pharmalot notes that the Supreme Court has decided not to grant cert on the Abigail Alliance case, which had to do with terminally ill people's right to access experimental drugs. Seems like a shame to me, because I think it could have been quite an interesting argument.
